Our Mission

All Gifted School exists to Educate to the Ends of the Earth. We believe every child has unique potential, and our role is to nurture that through tailored reading, mathematics, and acceleration programs. We serve families seeking an alternative path — one that respects each child's pace, strengths, and curiosity.

Pamela Lim — Founder & Educator

Entrepreneur. Educator. Advocate.

Pamela Lim is the driving force behind All Gifted School. An entrepreneur and educator, she has dedicated her career to rethinking how children learn — especially those whose abilities outpace traditional classroom settings.

Her work has drawn media attention: she was featured in The Straits Times and recognised as a New Asia Biz Woman, highlighting her impact at the intersection of education and enterprise.

Pamela's approach blends academic rigour with deep empathy for the learner. She champions radical acceleration and deceleration — meeting children where they are, not where a curriculum prescribes.
